We\’re currently working with a client in the interiors space—a fast-growing premium fabric brand that designs and supplies beautiful interior fabrics across both commercial and residential markets. They’re now looking for a Marketing Specialist to focus on their commercial portfolio—developing and delivering campaigns that build brand presence, engage their client base, and support growth.
The Role
This is a broad and creative marketing role with plenty of scope. The successful candidate will take the lead on marketing activity tied to the commercial side of the business, working across events, campaigns, social media, content, and PR. It’s ideal for someone who’s hands-on, organised, and passionate about design-led interiors.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver the brand’s commercial events and exhibitions—covering everything from stand design to logistics and post-show follow-up
- Support photography briefs and approvals alongside the design and marketing teams
- Work with sales to gather imagery and insight from commercial projects, creating engaging case studies and content
- Own the commercial social media presence—creating and scheduling content, running campaigns, and reporting on results
- Design and produce commercial marketing materials such as brochures, binder cards, and POS items
- Manage advertising activity for the commercial market, including media planning and artwork development
- Oversee the brand’s presence in partner studio spaces and support event planning at these locations
- Create and send targeted email campaigns—from launch announcements to exhibition invites and spotlight features
- Act as the point of contact for the brand’s commercial PR agency
- Maintain key sales support materials such as presentations and training packs
What They’re Looking For
- A background in marketing, PR, or communications—degree or equivalent experience
- Around 5 years in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to interiors or a creative B2B environment
- Strong project and time management skills—you’ll be juggling a range of deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using digital tools and managing content across social platforms
- Naturally interested in interiors and aware of commercial design trends
- Comfortable adapting to change and taking initiative
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Hybrid working (minimum 2 days a week in the Preston HQ)
- 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown (increases with length of service)
