What we're looking for…
- 1–3 years experience in marketing role OR Internship, apprenticeship or degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- An eye for design and a passion for content creation.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate databases.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas and embrace new technologies.
- Interest in AI tools and how they can support marketing and operational efficiency.
Remote/hybrid working - 1 office day per week in Wilmslow.
4.5-day working week.
Competitive salary of £26,000 – £32,000, depending on experience.
Performance-related bonus and commission structure (OTE £35k - £40k Per year).
