We are seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing to lead strategy, demand generation, brand growth and revenue-focused marketing activity. This role will own the full marketing function, delivering measurable pipeline growth through campaigns, content, digital channels, events, partnerships, design and sales enablement. The successful candidate will be both strategic and execution-focused, with strong B2B marketing experience and a proven track record of generating ROI.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy.
- Drive multi-channel lead generation activity to deliver qualified pipeline and achieve conversion targets.
- Create high-impact marketing content including decks, brochures, case studies, blogs and partner collateral.
- Own webinar programmes and industry events to generate leads, engagement, and measurable ROI.
- Manage website performance, SEO content and digital optimisation to increase traffic and conversions.
- Deliver targeted email marketing campaigns that improve engagement and generate leads.
- Build dashboards, track campaign performance and report on ROI, attribution, and pipeline impact.
- Support sales growth through creating effective enablement tools.
