An established consumer business is looking for a
Senior CRM Manager to join its marketing team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
You’ll be responsible for delivering and improving CRM campaigns across email, SMS and other channels, using data and customer insight to drive engagement and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver CRM campaigns to tight deadlines
- Analyse campaign performance and report on key KPIs
- Manage segmentation and audience targeting
- Plan and review A/B testing
- Work with creative teams on campaign development
- Provide insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders
About You
- Experience in CRM, lifecycle or customer marketing
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Confident working with large datasets and Excel
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of segmentation and campaign optimisation
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic HTML knowledge is a bonus
- People management or mentoring experience is desirable
