This privately owned, entrepreneurial group operates a diverse portfolio of consumer and service led brands, spanning sectors such as hospitality, lifestyle products, and specialist services. Each brand has its own identity and commercial model, but all share the same ambition: to scale through stronger digital performance, sharper content, and a more cohesive online presence.
With a fast paced, hands on culture, the group is now looking to elevate its digital activity across several growing ventures. Representing the business, we are supporting them in appointing a Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of digital marketing across three distinct brands. The Marketing Manager will lead digital activity across a portfolio that includes hospitality concepts, consumer product brands, and service‑based offerings. The remit is broad, covering both day‑to‑day execution and longer‑term digital development.
What you’ll be doing...
- Managing websites, social channels, email campaigns, and paid digital activity across multiple brands
- Creating a cohesive marketing calendar that balances brand‑specific storytelling with commercial priorities
- Producing engaging, trend‑aware content tailored to varied audiences, from hospitality customers to product buyers
- Reviewing performance data, pricing insights, and campaign metrics to inform decisions and drive revenue
- Working closely with external designers, developers, and agencies to maintain quality and consistency
- Strengthening digital infrastructure, processes, and reporting with a scalable, roadmap‑driven mindset
What we’re looking for...
- 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally gained across multiple brands, sectors, or product categories
- Expert knowledge promoting hospitality style brands, such as hotels, restaurants, leisure venues, or similar consumer facing environments
- Strong working knowledge of PPC, SEO, social media management, email marketing, and website optimisation
- Confidence analysing performance data and using insights to guide commercial decisions
- A proactive, creative approach to content creation and campaign development
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment
- A tech‑savvy mindset with the ability to build structure, process, and clarity as the brands continue to grow
