A rapidly expanding B2B company is searching for a Paid Social Executive to support the growth of its marketing function. The organisation is moving into an exciting stage with new products, new audiences and a strong focus on digital acquisition. It is an ideal role for someone at the early stages of their career who wants to build their paid media skills, experiment with new approaches and contribute to meaningful commercial results.
You will play an important part in driving brand visibility and lead generation through well targeted paid social activity. Working closely with an experienced marketing team, you will help shape campaigns across multiple platforms, support optimisation and contribute to clear, insight led reporting that strengthens performance over time.
What You Will Be Doing…
- Creating and managing paid social campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta and TikTok
- Monitoring campaign performance and making data driven optimisations
- Supporting audience targeting, segmentation and retargeting strategies
- Writing compelling ad copy and briefing creative assets
- Analysing results and producing performance reports with actionable insights
What We Are Looking For…
- At least one year of paid social or digital marketing experience
- Understanding of paid social platforms and campaign objectives
- Experience running lead generation campaigns would be highly beneficial
- Experience monitoring and optimising campaign performance
