A well established UK organisation specialising in financial guidance is seeking a Brand Manager to elevate and evolve its already trusted presence in the market. What You Will Be Doing
- Developing and refining the brand strategy to ensure clear positioning and differentiation in the market
- Owning brand guidelines and ensuring consistent application across campaigns, digital channels, partnerships, and internal communications
- Leading brand campaigns from concept and creative briefing through to execution and performance review
- Collaborating with content, design, and digital teams to deliver engaging, on brand assets and messaging
- Monitoring brand performance, audience perception, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement
- Supporting product and service launches with strong brand narratives and integrated marketing support
- Acting as a brand ambassador internally, helping teams understand and champion the brand purpose, tone, and values
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in brand management, ideally within a consumer focused or service led environment
- A strategic thinker with strong creative judgement and the ability to translate insight into impactful brand activity
- Confident working across multiple channels, with a solid understanding of digital, content, and campaign execution
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive, organised, and detail driven approach, with a passion for building brands that feel human, trustworthy, and distinctive
- Someone who enjoys balancing big picture thinking with hands on delivery
