- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a deep understanding of the digital landscape.
- Expert-level proficiency in paid search platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Microsoft Advertising (Bing), as well as Google Shopping. You\'ll know how to optimize for maximum ROI.
- Proven mastery of paid social channels, specifically Facebook and Instagram Ads. You\'re adept at audience targeting, creative testing, and campaign scaling.
- Essential in-house experience within the fashion, retail, or luxury sectors. You understand the nuances of these industries and how to market effectively within them.
- Demonstrable success in the end-to-end management of digital campaigns, from creation and implementation to comprehensive reporting and in-depth data analysis. You\'re not just a strategist; you\'re a doer.
