We’re partnering with a fast-growing, forward-thinking digital agency based in the North West to find a commercially driven Head of Performance to lead and scale their performance offering. This is a senior leadership role for someone who blends strategic thinking with deep channel expertise and a strong commercial mindset who’s still hands‑on in the ad accounts.
You’ll own the performance strategy across key client accounts and shape the future of the agency’s performance division. You’ll lead a talented team across paid media and performance channels, drive commercial outcomes for clients, and play a key role in agency growth.

What you’ll be doing…
- Lead the agency’s performance marketing function across Paid Search, Paid Social, and support on other digital acquisition channels
- Build high-level performance strategies aligned to client commercial objectives, Introduce best-in-class testing, measurement, and optimisation methodologies
- Act as senior strategic lead across key client accounts and pitches, identify opportunities for client growth and retention.
- Translate client goals into measurable performance frameworks and growth plans
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and ROI modelling across accounts
- Develop, mentor, and scale a high-performing performance team
- Contribute to agency positioning, thought leadership, and new business activity
