Reporting into the Digital Commercial Director, this person will guide a growing team, shape best practice, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact. The role blends leadership, strategy, commercial oversight and client engagement, with a focus on building a high performing and motivated team.

What You Will Be Doing…

  • Leading and developing a team of paid media specialists, ensuring clear progression, strong performance and a positive culture.
  • Overseeing the planning, execution and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms.
  • Acting as a strategic partner for key clients, presenting insights, recommendations and performance updates with confidence.
  • Monitoring utilisation, profitability and efficiency across accounts, ensuring commercial targets are met.
  • Continuously improving processes, workflows and reporting while keeping the team ahead of industry trends.
