About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead their marketing function and drive their continued success.
This newly created role, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of the company\’s marketing efforts. You will manage a small but dedicated marketing team and be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company\’s ambitious 5-year growth objectives. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of success in a senior leadership position, ideally with C-Suite/Marketing Director experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand positioning, tailored to different geographies.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive lead generation and brand awareness, with a strong focus on Account Based Marketing (ABM) for high-value clients and large-scale projects.
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to create and implement campaigns and tools aimed at winning large projects and key accounts.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to build loyalty and drive retention.
- Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
