This is a key leadership appointment, offering the opportunity to shape the commercial strategy, build a high-performing sales function and drive the next phase of business growth. Operating within complex, long-cycle sales environments, success is built on developing trusted customer relationships, identifying future opportunities and positioning the business as the partner of choice long before formal procurement begins.

Alongside driving revenue, you'll coach and develop the sales team, creating a collaborative, commercially focused culture built around accountability, customer insight and continuous improvement.
