This is a strategic leadership role for a commercially minded marketer who thrives in fast-paced, project-driven environments. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a global marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and supports business development efforts across multiple regions.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll lead a small team and manage external agency relationships to deliver high-impact campaigns and continuous improvement across all marketing channels.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure quality and cost-efficiency
- Deliver tailored campaigns across diverse geographies
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support key account wins
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC, email, and social media
- Drive brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, and conferences
- Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on data insights
- Manage the global marketing budget effectively
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within a project-based business
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and SEO
- Experience managing outsourced marketing partners
- Commercially driven with a passion for brand building
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Background in manufacturing, logistics, or construction is a plus
