A well-established, high-growth consumer business is looking to appoint an experiencedCRM Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious CRM professional who is already operating at CRM Manager or Senior CRM Executive level and wants the opportunity to have genuine ownership and impact across a large customer database.
The role
You’ll play a key role in developing and delivering a multi-channel CRM strategy, with a particular focus on email and SMS communications. You’ll be responsible for planning campaigns, analysing performance, improving customer journeys and using data and testing to drive conversion and engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering targeted email and SMS campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting on commercial, engagement and CRM KPIs
- Optimising existing communications to improve performance
- Using customer data and segmentation to maximise conversion
- Working closely with creative teams on campaign development and email builds
- Leading A/B testing and turning insights into actionable recommendations
- Working with senior marketing stakeholders on wider business requirements
- Supporting the development of CRM processes, strategy and best practice
- Helping drive continuous improvement across the CRM function
About you
We’re looking for someone with strong end-to-end CRM experience who is confident working with large datasets and translating complex performance information into clear commercial recommendations.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong experience within CRM, ideally across email and SMS
- Experience working with a CRM/CDP platform — Bloomreach experience would be advantageous
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced Excel knowledge
- Experience with segmentation, testing and campaign optimisation
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- A commercial mindset and genuine interest in customer behaviour and conversion
- Experience supporting or managing people, with an interest in developing others
- An understanding of HTML/email build would be advantageous
