We are seeking a creative and driven B2B Content Marketer to support our client\’s continuous growth.
Our client provides senior leaders of large corporations with psychology-backed assessments of business culture and behaviours.
Following continuous growth, we are seeking a real self-starter who is passionate about creating content and building meaningful connections.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will develop high-quality, audience-driven content across organic channels to strengthen the brand, engage prospective clients, and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Creative and deliver content across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, PDFs, infographics, imagery, social media carousels, marketing assets and videos
- Social Media Management: Oversee social channels, create and schedule posts, and analyse performance metrics.
- Outreach Campaigns: Using Hubspot, nurture leads with meaningful and engaging content
- Events: Design for events and trade-related shows content that appeals to and resonates with our target audience
- Brand: Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice and positioning
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Content Marketing role within a B2B business
- Experience working across various organic marketing channels is highly desired but not essential
- Experience generating and nurturing leads through engaging content
- Ability to use suite of tools including Canva, Adobe, GA, Microsoft Office & HubSpot (all is not essential but desirable)
- Ability to use content to tell a story
