Client Services Manager in Cheshire, Warrington

We’re working with a fantastic social team in search for their next client services manager, you’ll head up the division to lead client relationships, manage the team and ensure campaigns run smoothly from brief to delivery. Working hybrid in their Manchester City Centre HQ.

You’ll be the senior point of contact for clients, the leader of the agencies client services team and a key driver of campaign quality and client satisfaction, whilst writing and ideating strong creative briefs and translate client needs into actionable direction

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years experience in a client services role, with proven experience in building relationships alongside a strong understanding of Social, Influencers and Creators.

What we’re looking for…

• 3-5+ years client services or account management
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong knowledge in Social, Influencer, Creator and Digital
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience managing multiple clients
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
