They are now looking for a Marketing Executive to support their B2B insurance activity and help elevate their reputation within the adviser and intermediary space. This role plays an important part in shaping communications, supporting product understanding and ensuring advisers receive a consistent and engaging experience throughout their journey.
What you will be doing:
- Working with teams across the business to build a strong understanding of the insurance proposition, including business development, innovations and claims and underwriting.
- Developing the adviser communications journey from onboarding through to regular updates.
- Managing the regular sprint process with the business development team and ensuring priorities are aligned.
- Running paid advertising campaigns across social media and third party partners to raise awareness of the organisation and its insurance products.
- Supporting marketing activity with network partners.
- Collaborating with the content team to create materials that help advisers communicate products clearly.
- Analysing campaign performance to ensure activity is effective and efficient.
What we're looking for:
- At least two years experience working within a marketing team, ideally within financial services or insurance.
- Experience working with sales teams would be beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload.
- A proactive mindset with an interest in developing analytical and strategic skills.
- Someone who is collaborative, organised and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
