We’re working with a growing UK based business who’re looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to lead its creative strategy and creative output. This is a senior, hands‑on role combining creative project management, graphic design, and creative campaign delivery. The successful candidate will manage end‑to‑end creative projects, from concept development through to final execution, while leading and developing a team of designers.
Whilst happy to get stuck into the hands‑on delivery of print design and packaging design alongside multichannel digital marketing assets, including website design, email marketing, social media content. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in creative leadership, brand management and performance marketing, who can balance the big picture with day‑to‑day project delivery.
What you'll be doing...
- Lead end‑to‑end creative project management across multiple campaigns, delivering on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
- Manage and develop a team of designers, driving performance and maintaining a strong creative culture.
- Partner with marketing to create and execute high‑impact digital and brand campaigns.
- Own creative direction, ensuring consistent, on‑brand output across all channels.
- Oversee production, review output and use performance insights to continuously improve creative results.
What we're looking for...
- Proven experience in a similar senior creative role – Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Portfolio of previous digital design, packaging, print and branding projects.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro; After Effects desirable) alongside tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation software.
- Background in ecommerce or digital marketing environment (Desired, not essential).
