We’re partnering with a well-established consumer brand to recruit an experienced Studio Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy in-house content studio. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality visual content across multiple channels.

You’ll oversee studio operations, manage creative talent, coordinate production schedules and continuously improve workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard.

The Role

As Studio Manager, you will take ownership of the daily running of the in-house creative studio, overseeing photography, retouching and production workflows. You’ll be responsible for scheduling and prioritising shoots in line with business requirements, including campaign activity and new product launches, while ensuring all assets are delivered to agreed deadlines. You will lead and support a team of creative professionals, including photographers, stylists and retouchers, and coordinate external freelancers and specialist partners when required. The role also involves maintaining oversight of studio planning and asset tracking to ensure smooth delivery across multiple areas of the business. A key part of the position will be using AI tools and evolving production technologies to enhance creative output, improve efficiency and accelerate asset delivery. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining consistently high visual standards, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and supporting the ongoing development of studio processes and workflows. In addition, you’ll oversee studio equipment, maintenance schedules and inventory management, while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered collaboratively and efficiently.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced studio or production professional with a strong background in managing busy in-house creative environments. You’ll have a solid understanding of end-to-end content production workflows and experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams. You should be comfortable managing external suppliers and agencies, with a good working knowledge of AI tools and how they can be used to enhance content creation and production processes. A strong technical understanding of professional studio equipment, lighting and image capture is important, along with familiarity with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Capture One. Excellent organisational and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, solutions-focused and confident building strong relationships with stakeholders across the wider business.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing consumer brand where creativity, collaboration and innovation are central to the business. The role offers the chance to make a genuine impact on the evolution of an in-house content function while leading a talented creative team and helping shape future production processes.
