Job Purpose: Based at our client's office in Manchester, you’ll plan and support the delivery of the social media strategy alongside the Senior Social Media Executive. You’ll also collaborate with senior stakeholders to brief and deliver creative content pieces to spotlight the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of an integrated social media strategy and plan, collaborating with the Senior Social Media Executive on delivery across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Analyse key social media metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement across all channels and make strategic decisions.
  • Work alongside the digital marketing team to create social-first content to embed across paid campaigns on Instagram, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Ensure social graphic briefs and creation are fit for purpose and tell key messages in a clear, engaging way.
  • Ensure all brand and commercial messaging is created to drive improvements in engagement, conversion, and brand advocacy.
  • Management of content creation alongside external agencies and freelancers.
  • Content delivery, including briefing documents and multi-format content such as videos, graphics, and blogs.
  • Oversee the design, development, and content creation for website landing pages.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly reports based on brand and commercial objectives, utilising data from GA4 to showcase social and content metrics and achievements.
  • Developing strategies for the delivery of customer testimonials and identifying key customers and new, fresh approaches to videos.
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel content and social strategies that align with wider brand objectives.
  • Manage brand communication channels, optimising for engagement and performance.
  • Oversee both long-form and short-form content creation across various formats, including blogs, videos, and graphics - with the support of agencies and the wider marketing function.
  • Lead the development of thought leadership and SEO-driven content.
  • Line manage an Executive alongside 3rd party relationships for content creation.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance to key stakeholders and the wider marketing function.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experienced Senior Social Media Manager in a business-to-business role, with a proven ability to effectively manage a small team and collaborate with senior stakeholders (Senior Leadership & Board level).
  • Proven experience devising multi-media content and social strategies.
  • Prior experience working in a B2B environment, either in-house or agency, is desired.
  • Extensive knowledge of social channels - LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Meta.
  • Commercially focused with a keen interest in property, tech, innovation, and science.
  • Ability to create different content types, including video and blogs.
  • Awareness of social platform trends, with the ability to react quickly to create new ideas and content.
  • Previous reporting experience and ability to use GA4 or/and other similar reporting platforms.
  • Experience in managing and collaborating with external agencies and freelancers.
  • Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent storytelling and content creation skills, able to translate stories into meaningful, effective content that drives brand awareness and engagement.
