A fast-paced, multi-brand industrial group is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to deliver day-to-day marketing across three businesses. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will turn strategy into high-quality output across email/CRM automation, digital channels, content and reporting. The role suits someone commercially minded, hands-on and comfortable juggling multiple marketing outputs simultaneously. It’s office-based in Bury and ideal for a proactive marketer who enjoys variety and stakeholder management.
What you'll be doing...
- Run CRM/email automation journeys (Bullhorn Automation or similar): build, segment, optimise and report.
- Create on-brand content and collateral (Canva + Adobe CS), including short-form B2B video.
- Manage social scheduling/engagement and support paid media campaigns.
- Maintain the marketing plan and brief process; produce weekly/monthly reporting and insights.
- Support website content updates.
What we're looking for...
- 2–4+ years’ B2B marketing experience.
- Proven marketing automation journey build experience (Bullhorn, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar).
- Strong email copy/design, segmentation and CRM data confidence.
- Confident Canva user with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Paid Media experience and comfort with Google Analytics reporting.
- Strong writing skills, attention to detail.
