Responsibilities

• Designing weekly email campaigns and social media graphics
• Developing concepts for email, social, and web design
• Producing layouts and mock-ups for new and existing web pages
• Creating assets for PR events, packaging, and signage
• Leading lookbook and line sheet design for new collections
• Executing animated marketing ads and campaign visuals
• Supporting and mentoring junior designers
• Managing multiple creative projects with confidence

Qualifications

• At least 4 years’ experience in a similar design role
• Strong portfolio across digital and print channels
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Confident presenting ideas and collaborating across teams
• Passionate about design with a sharp eye for branding
• Positive, proactive mindset and creative problem-solving skills
• Experience mentoring junior designers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
