They are looking for a Senior CRO Analyst who can take full ownership of on site optimisation across the entire customer journey. This role suits someone who enjoys getting into the detail, spotting the problem, proposing the fix and seeing it through. You will run the testing programme, uncover behavioural insight, and work closely with eCommerce, UX, development and marketing to drive measurable improvements. It is a hands on role with clear progression into a lead or manager position as the function grows.
What you will be doing...
- Running the full A/B and multivariate testing programme from hypothesis to analysis
- Managing a structured test backlog with clear commercial prioritisation
- Using GA4 and behavioural analytics tools such as Contentsquare to identify drop off points and user friction
- Carrying out regular journey audits with a strong focus on mobile behaviour
- Working closely with UX, development, trading, CRM and marketing to align testing with commercial priorities
- Presenting findings clearly and making recommendations that lead to action
- Feeding insight into the optimisation roadmap and influencing prioritisation decisions
- Spotting opportunities across landing pages, PDPs, basket, checkout and post purchase journeys
What we are looking for...
- At least two years of CRO experience in an eCommerce or digital environment
- Confident use of GA4 with the ability to build reports and analyse funnel data independently
- Hands on experience running A/B and multivariate tests with a solid understanding of testing methodology
- A commercial mindset with a focus on conversion, revenue and customer behaviour
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain findings to non analysts
- Experience working in fast paced environments where priorities shift quickly
- A strong understanding of mobile user behaviour and mobile first journeys
- Experience with Contentsquare or similar behavioural analytics tools is a real advantage
