Currently, we are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join their UK team on a full-time, 12-month maternity leave cover (37.5 hours per week). This role will report to the Sales & Marketing Director UK&I and will be instrumental in supporting the 2025/2026 growth objectives within the UK & Ireland.
- Lead the development and execution of the 2025/2026 multi-channel campaigns roadmap, with a strong focus on enhancing brand awareness and driving lead generation.
- Oversee and manage the 2025 marketing budget, while proactively planning for the 2026 budget.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential partners and collaborate with broader Marketing teams to advance key initiatives.
- Utilise analyst data, with support from the US team, to gather valuable market insights.
- Manage the UK Marketing team, specifically a Marketing Assistant, and conduct Personal Development Plans (PDPs) to foster performance and professional growth.
- Oversee and manage the company's promotional materials, ensuring timely orders for relevant events, supported by the UK Marketing Assistant.
- Collaborate on the creation of website content, including writing articles, planning upcoming events, and developing effective landing pages.
- Assist in the management and segmentation of the UK leads database to enhance lead nurturing strategies.
- Contribute to the analysis and reporting of website performance, campaign effectiveness, PPC, and SEO metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor and update UK content within the internal content library.
A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, capable of translating data insights into actionable strategies. Proven experience in a similar senior marketing role, with a strong track record in managing multi-channel campaigns and driving lead generation is necessary. A proactive and hardworking approach, coupled with a creative and innovative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment is expected. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and proficiency in email marketing software (e.g., Drupal, WordPress) is also required.
