They’re looking for a proactive and creative Residential Marketing Lead to take ownership of all marketing activity across the residential product portfolio. This is a hands on, varied role that spans campaign planning, social media, influencer engagement, events, and content creation. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping brand presence, driving customer engagement, and supporting sales growth across multiple channels.
What you’ll be doing…
- Plan and deliver residential exhibitions and events, from stand design to post-event reporting
- Manage day to day social media activity across Facebook and Instagram, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Lead influencer marketing and PR initiatives, including partnerships, events, and press outreach
- Oversee the design and production of residential POS materials such as look books, brochures, and lithos
- Coordinate residential advertising campaigns across print and digital platforms
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for launches, events, and customer engagement
- Create and maintain sales support materials, including presentations and branded collateral
- Produce the company’s quarterly internal newsletter, ensuring content is engaging and on brand
- Collaborate closely with sales, design, and external partners to ensure alignment and consistency across all touchpoints
What we’re looking for…
- 4-5 years’ experience in a broad marketing role, ideally within interiors, lifestyle, or a design led sector
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Confident content creator with a good eye for design and brand alignment
- Hands on experience with social media management, email marketing, and event coordination
- Comfortable working with external agencies, suppliers, and creative partners
- A collaborative team player who’s commercially aware, detail oriented, and full of ideas
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and email marketing platforms is a plus
