A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Performance Media Tech Executive to join an award-winning in-house marketing team within one of the UK’s most established and recognised retail organisations. About the Team
This newly formed and ambitious team is responsible for delivering significant online and offline growth through paid media excellence. In 2024, the function was brought in-house, enabling closer control of innovation, performance and collaboration with top-tier partners including Google, Meta, Smartly, AWIN and others.
Purpose of the Role
As Performance Media Tech Executive, you’ll support the rollout, testing, and optimisation of new technology tools across performance media channels. Working closely with channel leads, internal stakeholders and global platform partners, you’ll help coordinate projects, maintain workflows, and ensure tools are adopted smoothly across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of new technology and automation tools across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates and Display
- Assist with coordinating projects and communications between the tech team, media channels, and partners
- Help launch new workflow tools and scripts to improve team efficiency
- Own documentation, follow-ups and internal comms around project milestones and updates
- Monitor campaign performance post-rollout and help identify areas for optimisation
- Stay informed on relevant platform updates and industry innovations from partners such as Google, Meta and AWIN

- Smooth, timely rollout of new tools and technology across performance media
- Accurate and accessible documentation for new processes and features

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years\’ experience in digital marketing or performance media
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Smartly, or SA360 is a plus
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Confident communicator who enjoys working across teams
- Passionate about digital tools and excited to support innovation and continuous improvement
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
