An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paid Social Lead to join a fast paced and commercially driven marketing team. This role will take ownership of paid social strategy and performance across key international markets, helping to drive high quality customer acquisition through data led campaigns. Working closely with acquisition, creative and analytics teams, you will play a pivotal role in delivering marketing activity that supports ambitious occupancy and growth targets.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and deliver the paid social strategy across multiple international markets, ensuring activity supports commercial objectives and acquisition targets.
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok and other relevant paid social channels.
- Partner with creative teams to develop, test and refine campaign assets that improve engagement, lead generation and conversion performance.
- Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance metrics and implement ongoing optimisations to maximise return on investment.
- Produce regular performance reporting, sharing insights, recommendations and opportunities for future growth.

- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns at scale with a strong track record of delivering measurable acquisition results.
- Hands on expertise across platforms such as Meta and TikTok, with a strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign setup and optimisation.
