A high growth eCommerce brand is looking for a Paid Performance Manager to take ownership of their multi channel digital acquisition strategy. This is a great fit for someone who loves autonomy, thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment, and enjoys driving measurable commercial impact across paid media and marketplace channels. You’ll lead all paid advertising activity across key platforms, shaping strategy, managing budgets, and optimising performance to support ongoing growth. Working closely with trading, marketing and creative teams, you’ll ensure campaigns align with stock, promotions and seasonal priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), Meta and TikTok
- Improving ROAS, CPA, revenue and profitability through continuous testing and optimisation
- Owning paid media budgets, forecasting performance and identifying scale opportunities
- Analysing performance across channels, categories and marketplaces
- Producing clear, actionable reporting for senior stakeholders
