As they continue to scale, they are looking for a commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead to join the business. This is a key leadership role, taking ownership of day-to-day marketing operations, leading a growing internal team, and driving high-quality B2B lead generation across all marketing channels. This would suit someone who is equally comfortable developing strategy and getting hands-on with delivery. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role will be instrumental in building the brand, improving acquisition performance, and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise the marketing budget and channel mix across paid search, paid social, CRM, email, partnerships, SEO, and more
  • Lead, mentor and develop a talented team spanning digital, CRM, creative, and agency partners
  • Own B2B lead generation, campaign performance, and funnel optimisation
  • Work closely with teams across Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Projects to align on business goals
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing processes and ensure smooth campaign delivery
  • Analyse performance data, report on key metrics, and drive continuous improvement
  • Champion innovation to keep marketing activity fresh, agile, and competitive

What They’re Looking For:

  • Senior-level marketing experience in a B2B environment
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing both internal teams and external partners
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in performance marketing and attribution
  • Hands-on across multiple marketing disciplines – digital, CRM, content, brand, etc.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to translate insight into action
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills

Why Join Them?

  • Be part of a purpose-led organisation supporting small businesses across the UK
  • Join a close-knit, ambitious team with big growth plans
  • Hybrid working (3 days in Manchester office)
  • 25 days holiday + birthday off
  • Pension scheme and other benefits
