We're partnering with a growing, ambitious organisation to recruit an experienced
Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead its digital strategy and performance.
This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded digital marketer who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership.
You'll be responsible for shaping the digital vision, driving lead generation and ensuring digital channels make a measurable contribution to business growth with the support of an agency and in‑house team.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you'll lead external agency relationships, develop an in‑house digital team and champion digital best practice across the organisation.
Role As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will: Develop and deliver the overall digital marketing strategy aligned to commercial objectives.
Drive lead generation across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Display, CRM and website optimisation.
Lead and manage the relationship with an external digital agency, ensuring innovation, accountability and outstanding performance.
Monitor and optimise digital channel performance, identifying opportunities to maximise ROI and improve lead quality.
Work closely with CRM and customer marketing teams to enhance customer journeys, nurture programmes and lifecycle communications.
Act as the organisation's digital marketing expert, influencing stakeholders and embedding best practice across marketing activity.
Collaborate with customer experience teams to improve website performance, user journeys and digital content.
Produce meaningful performance reports for senior leadership, translating complex data into clear commercial recommendations.
Oversee digital content strategy to improve website performance, organic visibility and AI search readiness.
Lead, coach and develop a Digital Marketing Executive.
Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, AI developments and new technologies, ensuring the business continues to innovate.
About You You’ll be a commercially focused digital marketing leader with experience across multiple performance channels.
You’ll ideally have: Proven experience leading digital marketing strategy.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Display, CRM and web analytics.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable commercial insight.
Experience managing digital agencies and external partners.
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
Previous experience managing or mentoring team members.
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and Linked In advertising platforms.
Experience with CRM and customer lifecycle marketing would be advantageous.
B2B lead generation experience is beneficial but not essential.
