We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join the wider Marketing team and you will be reporting directly into the CRM Manager. You will be instrumental in shaping our communication strategy through various digital channels. This hybrid position offers a mix of office-based work in Greater Manchester and remote work from home. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute engaging email and SMS campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time.
- Enhance existing communications to boost customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for email and SMS, including commercial performance, engagement metrics, and industry benchmarks.
- Assist with data segmentation to create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Support the CRM Manager with A/B testing and apply insights to improve future campaigns.
- Work closely with the in-house design team to create visually appealing emails.
Role Requirements
- A degree in Marketing or equivalent subject.
- Minimum two years experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and customer journey mapping within an email platform.
- Basic HTML knowledge is desirable.
- Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
