We’re looking for a true all‑round marketer —someone who is digital‑first but equally comfortable leading the wider marketing function.
You’ll understand how to build brands, grow ecommerce performance, develop customer engagement and use data to make informed commercial decisions.
You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy balancing strategy with hands‑on delivery and be passionate about creating marketing that genuinely moves the needle.
Whilst experience within beauty or retail would be advantageous, we’re equally interested in candidates from other product‑led or consumer‑focused businesses who can demonstrate outstanding commercial results.
The Opportunity
This is a highly visible leadership role with genuine influence across the business.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll shape and deliver the overall marketing strategy, leading digital performance, ecommerce growth, customer acquisition, retention and brand development.
You’ll have the autonomy to develop new ideas, optimise existing activity and use customer insight to continually improve performance.
Reporting directly into the board, you’ll confidently translate marketing performance into commercial recommendations and influence strategic decision making.

What you’ll be doing...
- Leading the overall marketing, ecommerce and digital strategy.
- Driving customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth across multiple marketing channels.
- Developing the ecommerce experience, improving customer journeys, conversion and overall digital performance.
- Creating integrated marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, content, brand and social media.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to support product launches, commercial initiatives and wider business objectives.
- Managing agency relationships and ensuring marketing activity delivers measurable commercial return.
- Using customer insight, analytics and reporting to identify opportunities for growth and continuous optimisation.
- Presenting marketing performance and commercial recommendations to the senior leadership team and board.
- Leading, mentoring and developing a high‑performing marketing function.
