The team is collaborative, fast paced and focused on improving the customer experience across email, SMS, app and emerging channels. They are now bringing in an experienced CRM contractor who can elevate performance and help the team build stronger foundations for the future.
This is a hands-on optimisation role for someone who enjoys getting under the bonnet of a CRM programme and delivering improvements quickly. The contractor will work closely with the CRM Manager and platform support partners to review the current setup, identify opportunities and implement changes that improve performance and internal capability.
What You Will Be Doing…
- Reviewing CRM performance across email, SMS and app and improving how results are measured and reported
- Auditing existing journeys and automations and identifying opportunities to enhance triggers, timing and content
- Strengthening lifecycle communications and expanding coverage across key customer moments
- Testing new channels such as WhatsApp and supporting the development of SMS and app push activity
- Documenting processes and helping the team build confidence in maintaining and evolving the programme

- A CRM specialist who is confident delivering hands-on improvements at pace
- Someone who can independently assess a programme and implement meaningful changes
- A structured communicator who provides clear updates and action plans
