We’re seeking a driven and experienced Head of Business Development to lead the agency’s revenue efforts in the world of search marketing (SEO, PPC, and SEM). This is a fully remote leadership opportunity for an individual with a fantastic track record!
You will formulate and execute a comprehensive plan to accelerate revenue expansion, leading and shaping the future of the sales function. This involves securing major accounts along with developing and leveraging collaborative partnerships to create new avenues for business. As revenue targets are met, you’ll have the chance to build, mentor, and supervise a successful business development team. A thorough understanding of performance marketing strategies is vital.
Role requirements:
- 6-7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for building high-performing teams
- Proven experience in closing enterprise-level deals and managing complex, high-value sales cycles
- Results-oriented leader with a proven track record in performance marketing (SEO, Paid Media, SEM)
- Previously secured £1M+ in annual revenue through new business
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience with CRM and sales analytics tools are essential
- Existing contacts within the marketing industry
