This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced events professional to take ownership of a national events and sponsorship programme within a well established and growing organisation. Working as part of a high performing marketing team, the successful candidate will lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of a wide range of live, virtual and hybrid events, while ensuring sponsorship investments deliver measurable value.

The role offers significant visibility across the business, working closely with senior stakeholders, external partners and marketing colleagues to create memorable experiences that support brand growth and strengthen client and partner relationships.

What You'll Be Doing…

  • Lead the end to end delivery of the organisation's events, sponsorship and hospitality programme across live, virtual and hybrid formats.
  • Create engaging event experiences that enhance brand awareness, strengthen relationships and support commercial objectives.
  • Manage sponsorship activations and identify new opportunities that maximise return on investment and market visibility.
  • Oversee event budgets, supplier relationships, venues and logistics to ensure seamless execution and strong governance.
  • Analyse event performance and ROI, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future activity.

What We're Looking For…

  • Previous experience in events management, sponsorship activation or a similar marketing focused role within a B2B environment.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience delivering events from concept through to execution, including supplier management, logistics and post event evaluation.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A data driven mindset with the ability to measure success, evaluate performance and make informed recommendations for future campaigns.
