A growing and highly successful performance marketing agency is looking to appoint a Senior Media Buyer to join its expanding paid media team. Operating across both B2B and B2C markets, the company delivers large scale lead generation campaigns across the UK and international markets, supported by a strong in house creative and data function. This is a hands on role suited to an experienced paid media professional with strong Meta Ads expertise and a proven ability to scale campaigns effectively. The successful candidate will take ownership of high budget campaigns, driving lead generation performance through a mix of creative strategy, optimisation and data analysis.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Managing and optimising Meta advertising campaigns across multiple sectors and international markets
  • Analysing campaign performance daily to improve lead quality, efficiency and return on ad spend
  • Collaborating with in house creative teams to develop and test high performing ad creatives
  • Identifying new growth opportunities through audience testing, competitor analysis and campaign experimentation
  • Using data, reporting tools and AI driven insights to improve campaign performance and streamline workflows

What we’re looking for…

  • At least 3 years of hands on experience managing high performing Meta lead generation campaigns
  • Strong understanding of paid social metrics including CPL, CPC and conversion performance
  • Experience managing large advertising budgets and successfully scaling campaigns
  • A commercially minded and analytical approach with excellent problem solving skills
  • Someone proactive, driven and comfortable working in a fast moving performance marketing environment
