This is a hands on, commercially focused role for someone who understands how to drive growth across the full ecommerce journey, from customer acquisition through to conversion and retention.
What You'll Be Doing…- Managing and optimising paid media activity across channels including Google and Meta
- Improving website conversion performance through customer journey analysis, UX improvements and testing
- Leading CRO initiatives and running experiments across landing pages, messaging and onsite experiences
- Developing retention and lifecycle marketing strategies to increase repeat purchases and customer value
- Identifying new growth opportunities across content, partnerships, promotions and emerging digital channels
- Previous experience in ecommerce, digital growth, performance marketing or a similar commercially focused role
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition, conversion optimisation and customer retention strategies
- Comfortable using analytics and performance data to make informed commercial decisions
- A proactive and hands on approach with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Someone commercially driven who enjoys testing ideas, improving performance and delivering measurable results
