Our client is a well established and fast growing ecommerce retailer operating within the nursery products sector. With continued year on year growth, a loyal customer base and ambitious plans for the future, they are now looking to appoint a commercially minded Digital Growth Manager to help scale performance across their online channels. This is a hands on, commercially focused role for someone who understands how to drive growth across the full ecommerce journey, from customer acquisition through to conversion and retention.

What You'll Be Doing…
  • Managing and optimising paid media activity across channels including Google and Meta
  • Improving website conversion performance through customer journey analysis, UX improvements and testing
  • Leading CRO initiatives and running experiments across landing pages, messaging and onsite experiences
  • Developing retention and lifecycle marketing strategies to increase repeat purchases and customer value
  • Identifying new growth opportunities across content, partnerships, promotions and emerging digital channels
What We're Looking For…
  • Previous experience in ecommerce, digital growth, performance marketing or a similar commercially focused role
  • Strong understanding of paid acquisition, conversion optimisation and customer retention strategies
  • Comfortable using analytics and performance data to make informed commercial decisions
  • A proactive and hands on approach with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Someone commercially driven who enjoys testing ideas, improving performance and delivering measurable results
