We’re working with a fantastic social team in search of their next client services manager. You’ll head up the division to lead client relationships, manage the team, and ensure campaigns run smoothly from brief to delivery. Working hybrid in their Manchester City Centre HQ.

You’ll be the senior point of contact for clients, the leader of the agency's client services team, and a key driver of campaign quality and client satisfaction, whilst writing and ideating strong creative briefs and translating client needs into actionable direction.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years experience in a client services role, with proven experience in building relationships alongside a strong understanding of Social, Influencers, and Creators.

  • Strong knowledge in Social, Influencer, Creator, and Digital
