We are looking for an experienced Talent Manager, with strong brand relationships; someone who can think on their feet and is ready to get stuck in. You will work on a varied talent roster, across celebrity, lifestyle, medical, mental health, TV, radio, music, beauty, fashion, and entertainment.
Reporting to the Head Of Talent, you will be responsible for developing new and existing talents, coming up with strategies to keep them in the public eye, as well as negotiating and securing brand partnerships and sponsorships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a roster of diverse Talent/Influencers, their activities, events, and campaigns.
- Manage pitching, negotiating and completing brand partnerships.
- Liaise with new and existing clients when required, expanding the agency's network through long-term relationships, brand partnerships & sponsorships.
- Assist the Head Of Talent with completion of administrative tasks including invoicing, contracts, dealing with press when required plus other tasks.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in talent management - working with a high-end diverse roster.
- A passion for the latest trends.
- Good contacts in main social media houses and television and radio.
- Good personality, able to deal with the tough times as well as the good.
- Be commercially focused, proactive with outreach, able to negotiate a variety of brand partnerships and contracts for talents.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Available to travel and attend events with clients when needed.
