The Camping and Caravanning Club is the world's oldest and largest Club for all forms of camping, and our aim is to help people enjoy the simple pleasures that camping can bring. We are recruiting an Operations Administrator to join our Operations Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting operational efficiency across a busy team.
Daily duties and responsibilities:
- Processing and coding invoices, investigating any anomalies.
- Process of expense claims and credit cards.
- Procurement activity with providers of goods and services.
- Make bookings, updating existing and handling enquiries.
- Processing and amending memberships.
- Responding to emails from shared inboxes.
- Participate in shared team functions including post distribution, telephone support and providing reports.
- Processing bank transfers and rejections, handling refund requests.
- General administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE level with passes in English and Maths.
- Competent with Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
- Able to prioritise time and tasks while meeting agreed deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and professional emails and letters.
