The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

2600 acre upland farm with Aberdeen Angus x Hereford suckler herd.

Essential: must have experience of managing and working with cattle, calving, feeding, breeding, identifying health concerns. Be able to operate tractors and equipment, diet feeders and fork lift truck. Be able to undertake farm maintenance work. Must have a full licence.

Work alongside the owners to transition to regenerative farming. Support grazing management.

Be reliable, trustworthy, responsible and enthusiastic. Willingness to learn. Training provided as required. Be part of a team. A willingness to work weekends on a rota is desired.

We have modern cattle sheds with cattle handling facilities based on Temple Grandin’s half tub, race and crush. We select for good temperament and practice low stress livestock handling.

We offer: Salary + Non-Smoking Accommodation in 3 bed house
