You will be responsible for the efficient running of the restaurant, staff leadership, and upholding our reputation for culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the front‑of‑house team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain and enhance service quality, ensuring all guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Manage reservations, seating, and table management effectively.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and contribute to achieving financial targets.
- Address guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
