The Cambridge Practice in Aldershot is seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician to support medicines optimisation and safe prescribing across the GP team. You will perform medication reviews, medicines reconciliation after hospital discharge, and manage repeat prescriptions in collaboration with GPs, Clinical Pharmacists and NHS services.

You will contribute to quality improvement, patient safety processes and prescribing audits, while coaching colleagues and supporting training and development.
