The predicted salary is between 29723 - 36329 £ per year.
35 hours per week – office based (required to work each day Monday to Friday).
An opportunity has arisen as a Voids & Lettings Officer within the Voids & Lettings Team.
What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for coordinating the voids and lettings process with Housing, Property Services, Contractors, Local Authorities, and Customers to ensure properties are relet within CHS’s agreed targets and with the relevant compliance/safety certification.
- Be responsible for co-ordinating mutual exchange process, applications received from customers, liaising with Housing Officers and other landlords to ensure accurate decisions are made within target with the relevant compliance/safety certification received.
- Make or recommend changes to make continuous improvements in service delivery, to ensure that services provided offer best value for money and comply with CHS targets and standards.
- Ensure the voids, lettings and mutual exchange process meets all regulatory and audit requirements.
- Provide effective, accurate and high-quality advice and information to customers making enquiries about a range of housing management issues, including housing and tenancy advice.
About You:
- Competent in the use of MS Office packages (including Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A good working knowledge of computer software applications to provide a range of technical and administrative support.
- Previous experience of working co-operatively in partnership to deliver services.
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferably involving either letting, voids and mutual exchanges.
- Experience in contributing to change, reviewing or designing processes.
