The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.
No care experience or qualification necessary. Transferrable life experience or experience of caring for others desirable. 10 to 35 hours per week available, Monday to Friday including alternate weekends. Each shift will be between five and six hours long and we have the following shift patterns available: 7.00 am to 12 noon, or 7:30 am to 1.00 pm or 4.00 pm to 10.00 pm. Hours to be agreed with successful candidate.
What you’ll do
Provide a Community Home Care Service to older people in their own homes. Working with the Care and Support Manager you will deliver a high standard of companionship, care and support to tenants in the scheme enabling them to maintain their independent living skills encouraging social interaction with family, friends, other residents and community organisations.
About you
- Aged 17 years or over
- A genuine desire to help others and make a positive contribution from day one
- A friendly, committed, flexible team player, with a compassionate person-centred approach
- No care experience or qualification is necessary as you will be fully trained on the job.
- Must have a full UK driving licence and use of a car for work purposes.
