Hours: 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

About the role: As a Customer Advisor, you are the first point of contact for our customers, providing a first class customer-focussed service when dealing with a wide range of telephone enquiries, emails, live chat and face to face. The Customer Services Team also plays a critical part in providing efficient support to our Housing Management and Property Services Teams.

About you:

  • Previous experience in an administrative and customer facing role essential.
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Able to negotiate confidently and demonstrate an assertive approach, with discretion and diplomacy.
  • Able to be responsive and make decisions in a timely and effective way.
  • Able to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Competent in MS Office packages (Word, Excel and Outlook).
