Hours: 5 days over 7 (rotas planned in advance)
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in line with company standards, while maintaining consistency, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced catering environment. You will also play a key role in leading and supporting the kitchen team on event days across multiple locations, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional delivery.
- Prepare, cook, and present food to set recipes and portion standards.
- Uphold excellent food safety, hygiene, and allergen control at all times.
- Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and overall kitchen organisation.
- Support all chefs with kitchen duties as required.
- Lead and manage the kitchen team during events, ensuring high standards are maintained.
Proven experience as a Chef in catering, events, or a similar role.
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen setting.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
