Job Title:* Sous Chef *Location:* Based primarily at our Harston kitchen, with the exciting opportunity to travel to a variety of locations when on event days. *Hours:* 5 days over 7 (rotas planned in advance) *In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in line with company standards, while maintaining consistency, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced catering environment.
