Weβre looking for a confident and compassionate Financial Support Adviser with excellent telephone skills and a genuine desire to help others. Youβll be part of a close knit team, working together to support mortgage customers through times of financial difficulty. This role involves having honest and sometimes challenging conversations, so being calm, empathetic, and solution focused is key.
