Our Marketing team is looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and communications activities across multiple channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their marketing career who is keen to learn and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment.
You’ll work with the marketing team, delivering email campaigns, updating content across channels, and ensuring marketing activities run smoothly day to day. This role plays a key part in delivering our email marketing activity, which includes testing and reporting, as well as helping to maintain our digital channels, ensuring information is accurate, compliant, and consistent with our brand.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities:- Play a hands‑on role in delivering engaging email campaigns, from setup and testing to scheduling and performance insights.
- Support accurate, compliant email sends by helping with audience selection, A/B testing, and effective use of the email platform.
- Help keep our owned channels such as our website and stores looking their best by updating website content, fixing basic issues, and ensuring materials stay current.
- Provide vital marketing support, including admin tasks, inbox management, artwork coordination, and liaison with internal teams and suppliers.
Salary and working hours:
Starting salary £27,500.00 per annum
Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:00pm (36.25 hours per week)
Hybrid working from our Head Office when required (Cambridge)
